No. You can request an appointment directly with us. If your insurance plan requires a referral for a specific service, your coordinator will let you know during benefit verification and help you sort it out.
Bring a photo ID, your insurance card, and a list of your current medications and supplements. If you have prior imaging, lab results or records related to your concern, bring those as well, along with any questions you want answered.
For medical care, your coordinator verifies your benefits before your visit and explains what your plan is expected to cover. Wellness and aesthetic services, such as IV therapy, peptide therapy and aesthetic treatments, are typically self-pay. We share pricing and flexible payment options up front so there are no surprises.
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule so another patient can take your slot. Call us or reply to your confirmation text and we will find a new time that works.
